Welcome to 5DPI.COM ("5DPI Media", "5DPI", "Us", "We", "Site", "Company"). Carefully read and print this agreement as these are the rules, conditions, and terms in which all your transactions with 5DPI media are bound to.

Terms of Sale

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash. Payments shall ONLY be made in US currency. You can pay online using Credit Card or simply call a Sales Representative who can take your order over the phone. Full payment for printing, graphic design, bindery, programming, and shipping and handling is required before any work can begin. Print jobs sent to press or printed on paper, are non-refundable.

Websites require a 50% deposit of the total estimate in order to start production. The balance must be paid immediately after your project is completed. Your website will not be made live unless all payments are cleared. The website will be made available to you on our production server during the development process and while final payments are being received.

Due to all of our services and products being "custom" to order, all sales are final. We are unable to recycle any service or product during production or after completion.

Account Information and Privacy

Your private information (name, number, address, email, billing information, passwords, and any other information considered "private information") is not shared, distributed, or sold to any third parties.

Your supplied information is for strict internal use in the company (company being 5DPI.COM). You may, from time to time, receive promotional material from, and only from, 5DPI Media and no one else.

To access your ´personal´ information, click "Login" (at the top of the page) or "Clients Area" (wherever available).

Colors and Proofing

We are not responsible for color variations between submitted images and final prints. We will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation of your print job based on your supplied images. However, be advised that 5DPI.COM does not guarantee color matching. If your job is color critical, you must request a color proof. Doing so, will add 72 hours to the overall turnaround time of your order as well as incur proof fees and shipping fees. All questions regarding this option must be brought to the attention of a 5DPI.COM representative.

Termination

We (5DPI) reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason or no reason at all. 5DPI will try to avoid this transaction as reasonably as possible to ensure customer satisfaction and the well being of the company. For any reason, designated by an official 5DPI representative, we feel your account is; abusing, exploiting, hurting, delinquent, improperly configured, and in any other means that we (5DPI) feel is inappropriate - it will be terminated.

Hosting

5DPI and its servers are at the sole discretion and administration of 5DPI. We focus our business to offer dedicated resources and stay away from "over-selling" hard drive space and band width. Hosting terms are that set by the 5DPI website or a representative of 5DPI. All hosting service sales are final.
